Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement. To qualify, please:

Once we receive and review your submission, we will process your refund or arrange a replacement.

General Conditions for Refunds Refunds or returns are subject to the following conditions:

Shipping Costs Refunds do not include shipping costs, except in cases where the error was on our end (e.g., incorrect item sent, damage during transit).
